Absolutely horrible service. They trick you into thinking that you can take a small bag on the plane for free but end up charging you $100 for it at the gate. The flight attendants are also very rude and will not hesitate to give you attitude. Overall this airline is a straight scam. Don’t ever fly this airline for the sake of your mental well-being.
