Right from the get go this movie was completely unbelievable. A middle aged family man is alone in his house on a stormy night, when 2 young girls knock on his door. They say they’re looking for a party but that they’ve been knocking on doors and no one in the neighborhood is home, so obviously they’re not near the party, they’re lost and should go home. The both of them are without a phone. So instead of Evan calling a taxi or Uber for them right away, he waits until the girls are comfortable with towels and are using his iPad to talk to their friend about where the party is. Then the girls ask if they can use his dryer for their clothes?!?!? Seriously who would ever let strangers in their house strip down and throw all of their clothes in the dryer... mmmm no one. Uber finally gets there and he finds the girls in the bath, he seems like he’s gunna kick them out for being horrible people, but after all the fighting saying he can’t do anything because he has a wife and family, he instantly does a 180 and a three some that last the entire night is fine. The whole movie was a mess but the beginning was the worst. I kept waiting for a twist, a reason why they were doing this to him, maybe they were getting revenge for something he had done to them or someone they knew, maybe he was a sex offender, maybe they were obsessed with his wife and her art and wanted to be in the house. I just kept waiting for something to happen and got nothing. The last thing I’ll say about this movie is why at the end did the girls ruin the entire house? The kids rooms, all the wife’s art, writing disgusting things all over the picture of the kids. Why? This movie was so bad that I actually felt like I needed to get online and give it a bad review. It’s one of the top Netflix movies streaming right now and I have no idea how that happened.
1/10 just because of Keanu.
