The ending was completely unexpected and truly disappointing. Evil joining evil took out all my interest in the film. After such display of extraordinarily strong emotions, with some lives lost from both sides, the unexpected twists made me wonder if watching the whole film was really worth it!

What I couldn’t understand was the conspicuous absence of Veysel, Muklabe and Hacer at Akin’s funeral and at the remarrying event of Galip and Hanzade, considering that Bursa is supposed to be just a couple of hours away from Istanbul. It’s as if the creator of the story just forgot all about these three characters. The movie was unnecessarily long and dragging.
