What's that noise below the ground is it an earth boring machine?
No it's HG Wells spinning.
This adaption is easily the worst I have ever seen.
The male lead character is a soppy wimp who seems to spend most of his time looking clueless.
The female lead though stronger is a bit to forthright for the period.
Thank goodness there are only three episodes of this travesty.
