"Trails to Azure" is an exceptional game with an amazing story, world building, music, and characters. One of the game's strongest aspects is its incredible storytelling. The narrative is well-paced, with twists and turns that keep players engaged and invested in the story. I was very invested into the game's world-building. Continuing from zero's story, it is a rich and detailed world that feels alive and immersive. From the bustling city of Crossbell to the scenic landscapes outside of it, players will enjoy exploring every corner of the game's world. In addition to the story and world-building, the game's music is also noteworthy. The soundtrack is composed by the talented Falcom Sound Team jdk and features a diverse range of music, from upbeat battle themes to poignant character themes that tug at the heartstrings. Finally, the game's characters are another standout feature. The game features a diverse cast of characters, each with their own unique personalities, backgrounds, and motivations. The character development is superb, and players will find themselves growing attached to the characters and invested in their stories. in particular, I got very drawn to Tio from her backstory. Hope the rest is the same with other players who chose to try the series. Overall, Trails to Azure is an exceptional game that delivers on all fronts. With its amazing story, world-building, music, and characters, it's a must-play for any JRPG fan looking for a deep and immersive experience. I recommend to make sure to start from Zero and then this. Then stay tuned for the wrap up with Reverie in the summer!

Thoroughly enjoyed the game! The combat is amazing, music is outstanding and story ends nicely. My only complain would be that the story falls into the cliche RPG story trope, but overall, the character buildup and story is done well. As a fan of the Tales series, the combat being revamped is definitely a nice change, it makes it smoother and more fun to play. I would recommend this game for any JRPG enthusiast and for fans of the Tales series.
