George Segal and Ruth Gordon form an unlikely mother-son comedy team in Carl Reiner's hilarious film. A subtle dig at American society's inability to deal with it's oldest citizens adds to the movie's lively tempo. Support from Ron Liebman, Trish VanDeVere and a pre-SNL Garret Morris complete the effort.
