I would give 3 Rating only for the Story No. 3 from Dibakar Banerjee, it is a must watch, i wont spoil it by telling. Unfortunately every other story drops flat with no strong storyline or impressive acting.

One of the best Netflix Series for 2019, Henry Cavill as a witcher did great justice to his role. Overall I give 4.5 out 5. Episode 3 was my most favourite.
