I recently watched the segment where Piers Morgan left his chair when colleagues spoke up against his comments about Meghan Markle. I am rating just this segment because I applaud the courage and humanity displayed by his co-hosts. Thank you for speaking out immediately for his oppressive and insane remarks about the duchess. I cannot come up with one reason why Harry and Meghan would give an interview with such polarizing accounts of their experiences unless it is their truth. Y'all did a good thing, such compassion, when you spoke up and gave the bully a choice to make in leaving his "chair". So glad he will not be returning. This is now the time we need to exhibit our compassion and humanity to show up and advocate for our human family. Dr. Angelou's poem, "Human Family", is poignant at this time regarding the recent display by Mr. Morgan. I quote the ending of the poem:
I note the obvious differences
between each sort and type,
but we are more alike, my friends,
than we are unalike.
We are more alike, my friends,
than we are unalike.
We are more alike, my friends,
than we are unalike.
