I don't know why this movie is underrated. I enjoy it so much. I enjoy the new idea of the conflict between the remained great 2 cities. I enjoy more the idea of the terminator who raised the little girl, his human background and the feelings that he showed at the end by releasing her before he died. the end of the movie is great, people who give a hand of peace however, the assault that the faced. I like this move so much. I recommend it
