This drama really hit at the end. I expect she would choose her first love well people can change. It is what it is. She should be understand him very well as a very busy doctor. It does making sense why the hospital does not have many doctors. i'm wonder it too. but if them have to depends on the three other doctors that does have any experience who else gonna save the patients? and even kill the patients. so it kinds both of them at faults because cannot understand each other very well. BUt that peng have sacrifice everything to keep their relationship going. She fell in love to fast for other people. I feel sad for peng. Real love does't exists.
