I am Indian but I have no regret to say that our education system even IITs are complete garbage. In this era, Internet gives wide variety of learning material and with quality none of our institutes can match. Take an example of 3blue1brown YouTube channel for maths. I dare any institute can give this kind of material and perspectives. Please do not waste ur money and destroy ur life chasing these IITs or NITs. If u love engineering u have multiple ways
