Not sure what this movie tries to do, but it fails miserably, it is almost a monologue of a supposed killer which fails to engage and lacks any real action sequences, the dialogues are monotonous and boring, and the final act falls flat as purely non sense conclusion on why he did everything on the first place, he can kill an innocent driver who has nothing to do with the aggression towards him, but he forgives the guy who started it all.. avoid if possible, these are 2 hours of my life I'll never recover..

I would recommend to ignore the 1 star reviews, there are a lot of people who will write a bad review of Mel Gibson no matter what he does. To me, it was a movie which capture attention since the first interactions with the main character, portrayed by Gibson, who makes a very believable unlikeable radio host jerk, the movie plots gets you interested all the way till the end, and there some unexpected twists which make you question a few things on how much people are willing to do just to get likes and exposure.. In my opinion is a movie which invites to some reflection, if anything the end could have been a bit stronger, the acting of Mel Gibson is convincing, the rest of the cast helps on the delivery, and is a great movie with zero especial effects, which is so refreshing these days. You need to watch it with open mind, if you are a Gibson hater, then save your time, and write a bad review, at least for me, it was entertaining, interesting and got me hooked for as long as the movie lasted.

Samaritan is a great non conventional hero movie, watch it with attention and you'll see some powerful messages, how hate can lead you to loose the things you really care most without realizing. Sylvester Stallone delivers a very credible super human, and some of his dialogue lines deliver some really nice messages; though I would have liked to see more of him on the story. May be the cast for the bad guy could have been better, and there are some small plot holes you'll notice, but overall a nice refresh on the hero segment, hopefully they'll make a sequel exploring more the character.. 5 stars since looking at what Stallone can do at 76 by itself is worth it. Overall a very different movie, on an already special effect polluted super hero movie genre..

Not sure why people give this film a negative review, I watched it without any expectation and ended up loving it, is not your typical and absurd Christmas movie, is more raw, and reflects a reality where kids these are spoiled and believe they deserve a present on Christmas without making an effort during the year, quite a few deep moments if you watch this movie carefully, and of course a very different way to change the stereotype of Santa..

The film has a very nice rhythm and very well constructed sequence, the characters are well developed, and the climax is almost sublime with the flash scene.. The only problem is that it lets you wanting more, I hope WB reconsiders and bring back the vision from Snyder to the Justice League. I would definitively will watch it again.
