An amazing book, the environment is very detailed and full of small oddities. Not having read reviews before, it was full of "in you face" moments. The characters are thoroughly described and follow a believable, credible arch. It kept me bound until the brutal ending, which shocked me, surprised me. Sure, some readers will be disappointed, as always if there's no happy end.
