It took me a few to get into this book, but when I did...wow! So much excitement! My kindle hasn't left my side for the past few days, just so I could finish it. Loved the mysterious cover. (Unlike some, I do get why that woman is on the cover.) I'm anxious to see what happens next with Eurydice, Vincent, Colton & all the others. I preordered the next book in the series as soon as I finished reading this one. Super impatient here... I want to read the next one. I can see this being the next great series, like Walking Dead. I'm sure it would be right up there, too! Great book! Painted vivid pictures of the ruined Los Angeles, plus all the strange creatures that are introduced in this book. Tense, suspenseful, exciting, touching...altogether a great read!
