Wonderful and very moving performances by both leads and just the right balance of humour and warmth. I absolutely adored this film. I have always been a huge fan of Pope Francis but it was very touching to learn more about Pope Benedict’s motives and passion. I think the film communicated Pope Francis’ humanity perfectly.
