Effie Andreae

There is a lot of praise for this movie ,I suspect most from movie snobs and Tarantino fans ,but in truth for Jo public this is a long winded piece of self indulgence that is never quite ‘period’ or funny .Once or twice I got it was supposed to get a cleaver little ‘I remember that ‘ laugh ,but my heart wasn’t in it . Such a waste to have two and more good actors trying and failing to be bad actors and just short of four hours to wait for the obvious Sharon Tate murder ,it didn’t create any real suspense ,I just got bored waiting .Sorry it wasn’t Tarantino finest hour .
