Alton Brown and Andrew Zimmern are in one word: AMAZING! I’ve been fans of these culinary geniuses since Food Network first discovered them and in this latest reboot of Iron Chef, they Do Not disappoint!! The Iron Chefs themselves just lack the luster that you expect from top dogs in the world of F&B. I have worked at Ritz-Carlton’s in F&B since 2007. Before working there, I have dined at Michelin rated restaurants around the world and grew up in the world of F&B. I hate saying this but, Kristen Kish as a co-host… No. Just, no! She brings nothing to the show and her dialogue is unprofessional, boring, and so out of place. I loved watching her compete and win in 2011!! But she needs to stick to cooking and creating and not hosting. I am finishing the season (two episodes left) in hopes that the polish and spectacular creativity of past seasons comes around… but I have little hope. If they continue, and I hope they do, creators, PLEASE do better!!! I have amazing memories of this show and what it can be. Do that again! Bring back the magic and the badassery that is Iron Chef!!!

I don’t know why this show was not made a hit like GoT! So, so good. I hope they do a reboot and bring this show back because it is AMAZING!!!!!
