Although I did not find the story to be as powerful as the hype created around it, I had an amazing cinematic experience. Cinematography will win your heart, it's just surreal to witness the buffalo race on big screen! Background music blends perfectly with the story. All the lead characters have done their part well. It will surely make you more open towards many cultures which India has to offer to you.

What a great story and the way it's told, equally great! Emotional and realistic to the extent possible.

It begins good. Then the movie goes on a downward trajectory because of the false cliches regarding mental issues. Such a nice plot is ruined by such poor execution. Raju Hirani is the man for such kind of stories. Music is okayish, probably the only barable thing in the movie. Dhanush has done a pretty good job on the other hand Akshay Kumar is as usual loud and doing the same acting he is been doing for years (bachche ke Jaan lega kya types)! Actors' performance in the decreasing order: Dhanush, Actress who played Sara's grandmother, Sara, Dhanush's friend from medial college, Akshay.

I loved the narration, story and performance of all. End is quite fast paced.
