Say what you will about this series but I love it if for no other reason that Lee Seung gi is absolutely phenomenal! Such a different role from him and he does not disappoint. He is one of my all time favorite actor/entertainer/singers. He's just so talented. The series has taken many turns and every episode leaves you more perplexed than the previous one- always something else to consider. Great series and great acting by everyone involved.

Words cannot do this series justice. The main characters stories are so well written and with this genre every emotion is conveyed through the actors gestures and more importantly - their faces and what they don't say. A powerful romance set in the backdrop of a time period setting. I watched fewer episodes at a time as I got closer to the end because I simply just did not want it to end.
