A travesty. Graphics are poor. Gameplay is tedious. Abe has a health bar and a double-jump, two mechanics that are entirely anti-Oddworld. The sligs aren't a threat. At all. I literally ran past all of them in the first level as their bullets practically bounce off Abe because of his health bar. There are no Scrabs, Paramites or Slogs. You can't possess Glukkons. THEY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED GIVING HIM A RUNNING ANIMATION. They literally sped up his walk... he has like 4 moves and they were too lazy to animate one of them. The cutscenes are well animated but lack the cinematography and drama of the originals. Plus there's zero humour. I like the dark tone but it needs to be balanced with Abes signature slapstick moments. The people that made this game are clearly not Oddworld fans. I miss Oddworld. (Someone please just remaster Exodus for PS5) P.S: It's buggy, REAL buggy.
