Ad astra is a good watch for the cinematography and the score, plus Brad Pitt is still fine as heck, the story is more human driven rather than sci-fi driven. For those who enjoys fast action and speedy plots, this is not the movie for you. For those who enjoy a nice slow burn type of movie, then this is a perfect fit. For me it's a 7.5/10

Epicly slow buildup, with a mix between a good cast and a wooden one. While the production value looks tip-top, the plot falls somewhere between the new teen titans and swamp thing.

As a general sci-fi fan, I Am Mother is an interesting premise but not one that is too unique. While the setting is pretty much all grim and apocalyptic, the story and plot are above average. The CGI however is pretty click while the soundtrack was mediocre at best. While the film generally explores more about the ethical dilemma of humans and how the machines are aiming to rectify it, the pull of the story isn't as strong as it could be. It is a shame that the bigger parts of the world was not fully explored as it seemed to have some room for expansion. Other than that, I Am Mother was a 6/10 for me. Thanks for reading

From the trailers itself, it has been a clear warning to steer clear from this version of DC's Teen Titans. Its always nice to have dark and gritty themes for DC titles, but the least they can do is get the characters right. The benchmark for me when it comes to a watchable DC series should be Arrow and in some cases The Flash by the CW network. 0/10 for me
