Due to superhero genre, it is rare that you have the chance of finding an independent story anymore. No sequel, no shared universe. A beginning and an end to all characters in the same movie. Green knight is a cinematic masterpiece. From locations and set designs to storytelling and dialogs, from music to cast, everything seemed in place. The way the story was told was of a myth, an urban legend. As only the people of an small place would know. So for that reason there is no need for portrait of a great and vast kingdom, there is no need for too many actors and actresses. And the director undrestood that so the cast and locations only includes characters and places that help the plot moving forward. In the end i was very happy with the time spending watching this movie.
