Lyin Eyes

Such great chemistry between the 4 leads here. Yes, we know it's clichéd and sorta schmoozy, but therein lies the heart of this picture. The hubub about the character of Allison Ng not being a 'true Hawaiian with darker skin' was overblown and unnecessary. This is Hollywood and besides, Emma Stone owned it. Another Cameron Crowe gem that many critics unfortunately didn't get. The ending scene between Brad Cooper and Daniel Rose Rossi is filled with such beauty & heartfelt emotion that it's worth the price of admission by itself. It's a whimsical, constantly turning romcom unlike anything else I've seen. In my top 10 of my all time favorite and that's saying something. Do yourself a favor and watch it.

Proof that real life makes for the greatest stories. Emotional, witty, heartfelt and genuine to its core. One of the greatest films of my lifetime.

As a teenager of the 80's the music in this film is the main attraction for me. The actors were mostly decent in their respective roles. I'm not a fan of Julianne Hough and this film did nothing to change that opinion. Catherine's Zeta-Jones, Alec Baldwin & Tom Cruise all did a great job here. Anybody who lived and loved in the 80's will enjoy this film.
