I realize that tv shows have to adapt the story to screen. However this is not an adaptation but rather a complete and utter shift from the text. There is no character development (no good ones at least) and they spend a whole episode trying to explain the bond between Aes Sedai and awardees when it should be a mystery anyways. An hour and a half wasted, when it could have been used to develop characters who would actually be in the story. I really wanted to like this but honestly don’t watch this. I’d rather it not ruin the books for you if you have not read them.
