This could be a really good show and it is a moving, heartfelt story about the autistic doctor. However, now after the pilot where the good doctor shows all his skills and the hero card has already played out, all that's left for the future is a bunch of narcissistic, immoral jerks to make this a fitting soap opera. Hospital personnel are not a bunch of Hollywood creeps like this show is portraying. Now that I have seen the hero part, I'm done with all the other garbage. I don't intend watching another episode.
