I found this Diet to be pretty effective if you follow it religiously which I did for several weeks like 36 weeks or so. I lost over 50 lbs. but, they came off hard and I had a few too many stagnant setback plateaus with no weight loss at all when I got up into the many harder weeks to lose weight in the ultimate failure when I gave up! I finally fell off the wagon and it has taken me just about two years next month to regain the 50 lbs. that I had lost.
So, now that I know that it will work if properly carried out I am going to Attempt the diet from the very beginning once again. Only this time with my wife spearheading it. With her as the pusher we have a better chance of sticking to it and hopefully to the finish line that we both will be looking forward to.
So, once we get everything organized with new weekly menu sheets, broken down to each day expectations we will get the program underway. I know that it works, at least it did for a while for me anyway. Hopefully it will work again!
