Eliyah Avrutin

Expected a lot from the film because I admire her a lot. One very predictable story line, about a teenager fighting her demons and going through heartbreaks while becoming a world super star (miracle style). Not a word about HOW she actually got her first single on the radio, not a word about WHAT she stands for as an influencer (which makes her so special among other young musicians), very few words about her parents and brother who were my favorite part of the movie. Her family’s love and dedication is what made her successful, however she did not express not a single word of love or gratitude towards them. A little blurry picture of Billy.

An intriguing journey into character’s altered state of mind, that allowed him to create his own dimension of bliss. It gave me an insight on how a schizophrenic person or a drug addict immerse in an imaginary world confusing it with reality while true love of a family member may serve as their only lifeline on the way back to their real life.
