This book is incredible from start to finish. Just finished reading it a second time and this novel really grips at your soul. Its funny, its quirky, but towards the end gives you a feeling of dread and despair. Like someone else said, its like a nightmare you can't wake up from.

Watching this as a kid always terrified me, Robert Stack really gave the series the aura of horror and mystery, suspense needed for it.
Unfortunately the show went downhill in the last few seasons, due to changing to featuring stories from average people most of which whose stories and credibility were questionable.
