I must admit … I was initially VERY disappointed how this series ended (especially because it started so great!). Originally, I listed that the first 11 or 12 episodes were amazing and then it went downhill from there but I still gave it four stars bc of these episodes. Since then, I’ve watched this series two more times (on my third additional viewing now) and it just gets better every time I watch it. I love kdramas. I rarely even watch anything else since finding them. This is such an amazing story, with really amazing writing and acting, just a great big KUDOS to everyone involved in the making of this show. And yes - almost anything with Lee Min-Ho is worth the watching (if for no other reason than the eye candy) but this is an extra special kind of show. I would strongly recommend it to those new to the kdrama world and those who have watched from the beginning. The twists and turns and varying situations are unmatched. And what a love story … goodness. Truly great work!! Glad I came back for a second (then third and fourth) viewing. Between this, Boys Over Flowers, and Alchemy of Souls - I’m hooked!!!
