This show is excellent. I was amazed at how much African American History was presented. Watching this show increased my pride in my black heritage. I cried, smiled, and increased my self esteem through the stories. Man! Knowing that my ancestors were able to make excellent meals for their families from what slave owners thought was scrap is amazing. This show is very informative. I'm so thankful that this show gives a real and positive input of blacks contributions to America.
