This game is absolute trash. ABSOLUTE garbage. Gameplay mechanics are inconsistent, nothing is clear, it is an open world game with LINEAR SINGLE RESOLUTION ANSWERS so you can spend hours wandering around trying to guess what this piece of garbage wants you to do. (You can't move any of these blocks but you should somehow guess that you CAN move one of the blocks that looks exactly the same as all the other ones). The in-game text is near unreadable. The camera during combat is awful, when you're trying to fight in hand to hand combat your character will often disappear behind walls or it will spin to a twitching overhead shot. WHAT is David Cage's problem with Asian people? Why does he feel the need to insert racist caricatures of Asian people in his games? He seems to think it's funny so prepare yourself for sad racist uncle humor. I am convinced that everyone who gives this game a positive rating has either not played it all the way through or just feels bad being honest because David Bowie is in the game. I love him but David Bowie cannot save this mess. There will be moments where you think "wow, that's an interesting concept." but if you spend a couple seconds thinking about it you'll realize that Cage just stole a concept that's already been done by someone with far superior talent. He wants to be Lynch so bad it's cringe-worthy to watch. If you say you played this game without following a FAQ, you are either lying or have so little of a life that sinking hours of your time into such a cesspool doesn't drive you into a bottomless pit of despair. Games that came out the same time this was released just show you how awful of a finished product this is. The fact that Cage was somehow allowed to make more games after this is so mind boggling it can make you believe in the Illuminati because I don't know what reasonable force on earth would greenlight more projects made by this complete hack. The fourth wall breaks in this game are so corny it will turn your bowels to liquid. This story is something a person would write when they're 14 and then rediscover when they're 30 and be so embarrassed they light it on fire but Cage's ego is so massive he decided it's a flawless concept. I am baffled. I am absolutely baffled. How does something this wretched exist?
