All over the place. Confusing, self indulgent, mish mash, although, I did like the idea of Miami being flooded and having to deal with that. I also liked that they used the deserted SIX FLAGS amusement park outside of New Orleans for some location shooting. The park fascinates me, I wish they would give tours. Over all a nice attempt that was sort of a failure. I felt the same way about THE TOMORROW WAR....a lot of potential, but the idea was better than its execution
