I am extremely confused why this show received such bad ratings, I found it extremely entertaining. I found the acting good, i loved the writing and directing, it was funny, it wasn't predictable which you find with so many shows. Yes there were a few moments that were cringy but it added to the comedy and in my opinion it fit the target market. The main reasons i can find that people think is wrong with the show is the background the story is based on and the character "not being likeable". i think the show should stand on its own away from who it is based on and who cares how likeable the main character is? i found her likeable but that's not the point. She is a complex woman going through life not everyone has to love her. i find it extremely upsetting that there will not be another season as i would love to watch another one.
