Absolutely intriguing, excellent screenplay and it made me glued to the screen till the very end. Felt as if I was there myself, great acting and direction!

Watched the movie, and I must say it was banned in the state for good reason - it solely puts the blame on one religious community for the series of tragic events that ensued. The picture in Gandhiji's words, "An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind" would have been substantiated and the entire narrative balanced had the Godhra incident been also included, even if briefly, as an epilogue to what follows in the movie.

Man, what a movie! I think every Indian should watch it at least once. Brings forth seemingly uncomfortable questions as well as probable solutions to circumstances in our society which we otherwise conveniently choose not to address, lest talk about.

The screenplay captures the common problem of women hygiene in India very well. I feel every Indian must watch it, at least once.
