I absolutely love this series. The writers and directors have done a phenomenal job keeping the set designs, wardrobes, and mannerisms true to the time. The characters are so complex and every person is surely able to relate to at least one. If you appreciate a good historical drama, this is for you! Season one was a slow burn, but by the end I was completely hooked and couldn’t wait to see what drama and scandals would unfold in season two. Well done Julian Fellowes and HBO. New favorite show! ❤️

Annoyingly political. Seems to push a very one sided agenda, making one group of people look worse than another. Could have been a really good movie.
