This has to be one of the few contemporary shows which globally resonate with so many millennials and even teens and always will do. It is about a billionaire family who being victims of a huge fraud, end up living in a small seemingly despicable town Schitts Creek, leaving their posh lifestyle to settle in a cheap motel. Even though their situation and their filthy rich lifestyle endeavors are unrelatable to many yet the character development makes it so relatable. It has humour, thrill, drama, suspense- Almost everything to keep you glued to the screen and so much so that you feel happy when the protagonists feel happy and u feel for their loss just the same. The gradual yet evident growth of each character is amazing. The script is wonderful. Nothing is unrealistic. It's a masterpiece

Not gonna lie, the theme seems a bit kiddish and boring from the description but the way they have taken the whole storyline, crated a wonderful script with hilarious dialogues and what not is amazing. It is so engaging you just find yourself binge watching it but you'd have to drag yourself from the first 2 episodes

Sweet Magnolias reminded me of the kind of stories I used to write in middle school - especially the dialogues. If it aired in the 80s or 70s it might have been worth watching but God it was so kiddish- the dialogues were far from how people really talk. They seemed like little sentences from speeches. Im all for drama and feel good but at least make it seem realistic not like an elementary school play.

It was beautiful!! It had EVERYTHING! from the cinematography to the storyline and the character build up!! It's a definite watch
