This game is junk in its current state. Moreover, EA still can't seem to figure out how to shorten, or eliminate load screens. I've wasted hours waiting for the game to reload when the server crashes. I've wasted hours wandering from npc to npc because the quest system is broken. I've wasted hours loading and reloading the game, dropping server and staring at load screens. Classic case of over-promise, under-deliver. Might be worth the cost in a year or so.
