after watching season 3 i would say i admire woo jin more than kang doju. woo jin is innocent character who tends to fllow kim sabu as a father where as kang doju want to lead with strict approch until woo jin made him realise that sometime exceptions are required. and i think trauma centre was built in woo jin and cha eunjae era so they are more related. despite his hand injury i think woo jin would have been a better leader of trauma centre because all characters follow more of him as a lead. kang doju is harsh character. so i like s2 and s3 more than s1. s4 should be more related to woo jin than kang doju because woo jin work there for 3 years to make doldam and trauma centre reality.

I really love this show .... But it must be extended a little bit.

its best drama.. would love to watch S2.. how she interact with old relations or Ming Ki and Seoah fighting over Jieum ...

It's an awesome show... The merger of horror and real criminal is worth admiring.... Every character is lead for each other and Nancy character is nice .. mean teenage girl is impulsive brave and curious ... The growth of her in three seasons was nice.. what hold special in any series is suspense and the amount of suspense season 1 holds is hilarious means the reality was completely opposite from what one can think 💬
