Rick Kassner

Funny show. In my opinion its a smoother version of Rick & Morty seeing that all the characters are likable and its less crass. I also like the pairing dynamics, with Jesse/Yumulak doing their own thing and Terry/Korvo the same. Overall Imo its a well-packaged show and I'm definitely looking forward to Season 2.

Finishing up the 3rd season, honestly pretty compelling once you figure how relevant tech is in our daily lives. I like how each character can be portrayed as a hero or villain. My only grip is the jumpy timeline, was thrown when it jumped ahead 4 years mid-season. A little sad to learn there is only 4 seasons but really looking forward to the final one.

My only problem with Ex Machina is the timeline. Not sure how a wide-eye employee turns into traitor in a matter of a week. Any semi-reasonable person who might be emotionally moved by Ava wouldn't make the leap to undercutting their boss in such a short-time frame. Otherwise it brings some interesting ideas forward, but I'm not as compelled as the viewer's rating suggest.
