This is a must read volume from two long-time LA activists and historians. Although it speaks to events of 50 years ago, it is a sure bet to be both historially engaging and and a spur and model for contemporary action. It should be in the library or on the reading list of everyone with a comitment to social justice and the movement for progressive change across the entire spectrum of our lives and our community.
