Joh Wick was a great with good cinematics and even better choreography. It showed the fact that John was a leendary assassin who went into retirement foro a girl, who later then dies and in seeking revenge after a few events take place leading to his dog being killed, he goes out on a rampage. I liked the fact that although they highlighted the fact that he was and is a great assassin he would bnever come out unscathed, showing that he too makes mistakes and isn't as quick basically telling that he isn't that good(I don't know if that makes sense at all). Though th movie was great, I think that it wasn't extraordinary you know, like it wasn't different from your average assassin/revenge plot so there wasn't really anything spectacular about it. That however doesn't change the fact that it had a great casting(I think Keanu was perfect for John) and great cinematics. Overall I'd give it a three stars. Would recommend if you can get past it being very formulaic.

If you have read the book, you will constantly point out certain scenes where the characters are doing things that are just unnecessary. The little key details that were made in the book won't be fully reflected in the show, they tried to substitute for other things I guess. So far its fine, there's a few things that could've been changed but as of right now it's just fine. P.S. - I think that the actor who played Simon's acting when he was reacting to the peanut oil in his water was phenomenal, it seemed as if he was actually reacting to the peanut oil. That just stood out to me.
