I'll have to join the, it was not a good movie crowd. I love Gal Gadot as WW, but not this film. The plot was just not that interesting. There was no real big bad. Lord was more pitiful than a protagonist. The whole Barbara/Cheetah plot line was unecessary. The cheesy scenes were stale, and the humor fell flat. The action scenes were to few, and the four they did have weren't that impressive. I mean the final confrontation scene was a quickly resolved "cat" fight and talking a guy down. Diana's message and morals were nice. The chemistry between Gadot and Pine was there, but the way he was "brought back" had me rolling my eyes, and apprently Diana had no problems with it. The representation of the 80's combined with the plot gave the movie the feel of typical 80's TV, which is not a good thing, but maybe that was what they were trying for? I can see why some say it was comicbookish. Overall the fault comes down to lazy writing and poor attention to detail. I expect that WB will make sure the script for the next WW outing is more like the first film.
