Some say there were too many pretty people playing slaves, but who said just because they were called slaves they weren’t beautiful. Black people are beautiful as a rase, and I do believe that this adaption of the original movie, did well to show that. Black people are King’s and queens in their own right, who said only the white people have to be pretty in the movies about their history.
