Really hate the new sidekick. She seems very full of herself rather than a helper to Ms. Roarke. Would have been better with a funny, kind of hairbrained but loveable sidekick. This remake is missing the funny parts of the original show especially the antics Tattoo got into. Can't see it lasting.

This script makes the people of the Bible more real. More like average, every day friends and neighbors who you'd run into today. This adaptation seems very normal and realistic. It makes Jesus and the Apostles more relatable. Very well done. Would highly recommend. The actors are superb and the setting beautiful.
