It's amazing how beautiful a movie can be while simultaneously being one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It felt like James Cameron spent 2 days on the script throwing everything at the wall, deciding everything stuck, and blowing the rest of the budget on the CGI.
If you cut all the scenes where people were talking it'd be like an hour long and a way better movie.
He gets an extra star for the visuals tho. It looks like a fever dream alien version of Planet Earth minus David Attenborough
