A taut, well acted thriller, relying on a grounded premise rather than the one man army trope it could have easily fallen into. It's a sign of the times when corrupt cops are credible bad guys and Don Johnson plays the chief with gravitas and believable menace. I was impressed with the ending - it served the story without trying to tie up every loose end.

Despite an aggressive campaign to review bomb this show, actual fans of Star Wars should be lapping up some of the best light sabre duels ever seen. The obvious wuxia influences have elevated confrontations between adversaries and created an impressive depiction of peak level jedi at the height of the republic. Classic themes of snarky droids, shadow dwelling sith, dyads in the force and emotional duality are rife. This is Star Wars. Get over it.
