Very watchable film and definitely follows the JW franchise but in parts it just mixes this genre up with too much super hero for it to be in any way real. John leaps out of a building … from the 3rd floor, hits a minivan at the bottom, lands in the road and like Captain America jumps up and runs away. He’s run down numerous times but unlike everyone else who’s injured by that just keeps fighting. The forced protagonist is blind… in JW1 a simple shot to the head from 6 feet away would do but this guy also has superhero properties and can run around in locations that are new to him, firing guns and using a sword as though he’s neo from Matrix 3 when he’s lost his eyes! It’s a good story, great acting but too long, too unrealistic and too many people being killed without anyone around reacting (cause they knew this was John Wick) but a finale that takes this JW film to 200% like each movie before did.
