This helped me systemitize and get my head in the right headspace for hiring and having a manager run parts of my business. The audiobook is fantastic and read by Mike himself. You get a few extra tidbits/stories that he throws in as he's talking/reading it to you. I had a very small business doing pet care with a team of 4, so though this book is geared towards more mid-to large small businesses (government definition of small is under 50 employees) it still helped me a lot.
