Not had the game too long (only 3 or 4 days) but already I can tell it's nowhere near as good as Fallout 4 was. Whereas I quite literally could not stop playing Fallout 4, Fallout 76 is struggling to keep my attention; I'll dip in and out for an hour maybe a couple if times a day. It's quite buggy in places, and also I don't like the whole "pack up C.A.M.P and take everything associated with it" aspect of it all too, it feels a lot like cheating to me and I don't really understand why this was introduced. As I mentioned though I have only had the game a few days so I may change my mind and rate it higher (or lower) in the following weeks to come, but as of this moment it's coming across as very "meh" I'm very glad I didn't pay money for it.
