This is not George Lucas's Star Wars. The writing, acting, and storytelling are horrific and stray away from the legacy of the most successful franchise pre Disney Star Wars (except for Mandolorian seasons 1 and 2 and Andor). The Bad Batch has more depth, emotion, characters and an incredible story than this series.
They need to be better, just tell good stories and keep identity politics out of it.

The preliminary rounds were a bit out of sync but once the top 12 were selected, then the competition was great. The finale was amazing the winner selected was the right choice.
